I just wanted to drop a line to say how deeply I appreciated yesterday's shark diving experience.
Brian, it was wonderful to see you work. Your passion and experience with these incredible animals, not to mention your obvious dedication that everyone on that boat would have as much time as they desired - resulted in one of the most impressive tours I have had the opportunity to participate in.
Everything was just beautifully run. Your entire crew was fantastic and I have already shown my DVD a number of times and have plans for it when returning home.
I apologize for not taking the time to say these words personally yesterday. Unfortunately, despite taking the tablets - I was a bit overwhelmed with seasickness for most of the day. I remember little about returning to land yesterday beyond a profound sense of relief and the need to shower and lay-down.
I am clearly a person that thrives on adventure.
:)
However, what I take with me is profound admiration for the business you are running and I will certainly be promoting this tour for the upcoming visits to South Africa.
Andrea has been wonderful with providing me with additional information around bookings and answering questions.
I know a complementary trip during high season is a rarity and I am so grateful. I am still breathless this morning from my time spent with the sharks. They were beyond beautiful.

Just a quick mail to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the arrangements you made for myself and my girls at Plett Game Reserve. We had an awesome stay with them and the girls really loved the open vehicle game drives and horse rides. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere at the lodge made us all feel so at home. It was such a pleasure to come in to a crackling fire in the room at night time and climb into warm beds at night because our electric blankets had been turned on.
I will definitely recommend the lodge to friends and prospective clients.

I want to thank you for organizing everything for us. We had such an amazing time that will always be remembered.
Plett game reserve was FANTASTIC. The people, the food, the vibe, THE ROOMS!!! Wow, wow, wow!! We didn’t want to leave. I really would like to compliment the staff of the Lodge and reception area on their exceptional service. We honestly felt like royalty!! I unfortunately don’t have sumari’s email address but please could you drop her a mail and tell her that the staff was FANTASTIC. They really made the experience even better. I truly can not fault them on anything. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! Please also tell Sumari we will be back with the whole family next time, there’s no doubt about that
The elephant sanctuary was fabulous. I must say I was a bit scared but once the elephants trunk was in my hand I felts so calm!! It really was fantastic.
Thank you again for helping us have an unforgettable holiday!!!
Next on our list is shark cage diving hahaha …. I will let you know sometime in the future about that!

We did not have the time to discuss it in detail, but Andrea, being an independent operator, will not be representing us from end of September. We parted company with her with great sorrow. She did absolutely sterling work for us and you are right, her passion for VIEWS was something special to us. Unfortunately Mantis could not work out a practical relationship of incorporating her in their existing marketing structure in CPT. Pity, but that’s life.
